Sure Dennis, You can use my story. If the complaints of citizens
become a problem for Sorrell, he'll just dismiss them by reciting their
history in court and explain them away as disgruntled litigants, gadflies or
kooks.
Unfortunately for him, he lost and lost big time in my case in the highest
federal court short of the US Supreme Court. The U.S. Second Circuit is the highest
federal court presiding over New York, Vermont and Connecticut. A ruling
there has to be appealed to the US Supreme. Sorrell did not appeal and took
defeat, allowed an injunction to issue against the state and paid $200,000.
All this after he fought tooth and nail for 7 years to undermine and usurp
the United States Constitution.
Isn't it him that's supposed to be protecting our rights instead of trying
his utmost to violate the constitution?
He'll say the he has to defend state employees by statute, his oath says
different. He engaged in a conflict of interest and should have recused and
appointed a private attorney to defend this clearly unconstitutional case.
Unfortunately for Sorrell the supremacy clause to the US Constitution
provides that the federal constitution trumps state law. -- scott

To summarize,
Sorrell covered-up the acceptance of a bribe by the Bennington County State's Attorney. i.e.. A plea agreement that specified that the prosecutor should benefit from the dismissal of civil lawsuits against himself specified in the plea agreement. A bribe.
Sorrell has supported statements of lower prosecutors threatening me that I would be charged with "crimes" for engaging in civil litigation in federal court. AKA extortion, obstruction of justice and racketeering. The quote is in the blog listed above and the threat is written.
Sorrell has engaged in a civil rights conspiracy that banished me for 21 months from Vermont State Courts.See 18 U.S.C. §§ 241,242 (Conspiracy Against Rights, Deprivation of Rights Under Color of Law). A lawsuit that I won after an 8 year battle in the federal courts. His last transgression was in 2002 leaving one more year for the feds to prosecute him on this crime.
Dennis go after him with known and accepted facts, not just allegations. Every one of the above charges is supported by fact. Let me know of what service I can be. Sorrell must be removed from office.

One issue that is glaring is did he take an oath to support and defend the constitution, if so, why did he mount an 8 year campaign to violated Huminski's rights. As there is an obvious conflict of interest between his duty to the constitution and his defense of Karen Predom ( the state paid us $200,000), why didn't he recuse and appoint private counsel to conduct the defense of this government law breaker. --scott
